Pupils from Askeaton National School visited our Foynes terminal in April 2013 (see photograph below). The pupils were asked to enter an essay competition with the subject: ” You have travelled in time with Doctor Who in Tardis and have arrived on the Shannon Estuary in 2041: what do you see?”.
